Marianna, Lead Registered Dental Assistant
Marianna loves that her job gives her the opportunity to constantly learn, and she strives to give our patients the best experience possible at each appointment. She attended Carrington College for her dental training and spent four years in a general dentistry practice before joining our team. She now has over a decade of experience in the dental world and counting.
Marianna grew up in Pacifica, CA, and her huge family is originally from Peru - they came to the US when her parents were young. At home, she likes to stay busy by cleaning, cooking, and taking care of her plants.
Angel, Dental Assistant
Angel has been working in the dental field for over a full decade, and there’s so many things to love about her job that she can’t even list them all! In particular, she really enjoys working with children and being able to appreciate their innocent honesty and philosophies on life. It allows her inner child to flourish and keeps her in the present moment. As for training, she studied at Carrington College in California and takes many continuing education courses to this day.
At home, Angel has two children who have brought her so much joy and taught her how to be a better human. As a group, they love to be out in nature, visit the ocean, go exploring, and try lots of new restaurants! When it comes to personal hobbies, she likes hiking, reading, collecting fun socks, and taking long drives with no particular destination in mind. She’s also a BIG fan of roller skating and even had a short stint in a roller derby league.
Kiria, Registered Dental Assistant
Kiria has been a member of our dental team for over five years now. A Houston native, she studied at Alameda College and has worked as an orthodontist assistant, general assistant, and pediatric dentistry assistant. Today, what she enjoys most about her work is getting to care for children and help them overcome their fear of the dentist's office!
Away from work, Kiria spends lots of quality time with her husband and three kids. Some of her favorite hobbies include playing basketball, skating, hiking, and reading.
Brittany, Receptionist
When Brittany was younger, she had to have jaw surgery on her upper jaw to move it forward because of her severe underbite. This experience caused her to become fascinated with how much a smile can positively change how you feel about yourself! Today, as our dedicated receptionist, she enjoys creating great relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable at the practice so they can have amazing experiences.
Brittany is the oldest of three siblings and loves being a good big sister to her brother Matthew and sister Kaitlin. She's also the auntie to Karter, a wonderful nephew! When she isn't busy at work, she enjoys dancing and spending quality time with family and friends. She's also a big animal lover and has rescued and rehomed over 15 animals throughout her life.
